1.1. The online store “Absolute Teamsport Cyprus” (hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”), represented by the Website Administration, offers any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT”) to conclude this Public Offer Agreement, which regulates the sale and purchase of goods on the website at https://absolute-teamsport.cy.
1.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accepting it, the CLIENT receives equal rights and obligations regardless of whether they are a legal entity or an individual.
1.3. The subject of this Agreement is the regulation of relations that may arise during the purchase and sale of goods between the SELLER and the CLIENT.
1.4. Definitions:
“SELLER” – the company operating the website and providing goods through it.
“Goods” – physical products presented for sale on the website.
“CLIENT” – any individual or legal entity who places an order through the online store.

3.2. Only registered or properly identified CLIENTS may complete an order.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. The CLIENT may pay for goods using:

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Orders are delivered within Cyprus via partner courier or parcel locker services.
5.2. Delivery areas are limited to the Republic of Cyprus.
5.3. The SELLER is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or courier companies.
5.4. The CLIENT must check the integrity of goods upon receipt. Ownership passes to the CLIENT at the moment of delivery.
6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1. Goods may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Cyprus and the European Union.
6.2. Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or other legal reasons will be listed separately on the website.

10. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

10.2. It remains valid until all obligations of the SELLER and the CLIENT are fulfilled, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or in cases provided by law.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
11.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
11.3. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no settlement is reached – through the competent courts of Cyprus.
